Keep a comfortable sitting area without making every trip to the kitchen pass through the bedroom.
Best for a long, single-room studio with services grouped at one end. A square studio, central bathroom or L-shaped plan will need a different base model.
Why the furniture is arranged this way
Keep the sofa along the long wall
The 1.8 × 0.82 m sofa faces a narrow coffee table. This leaves the other side of the living area available for circulation rather than placing a large sofa across the room.
Use the bed as a scale reference
The bed model is 1.5 × 2 m. It sits beyond a partial divider, so the sleeping zone has a different character without adding a fully enclosed room.
Preserve a route along the side
The rear passage is 1.25 m wide in this model. That is a modeled dimension, not a claim that the entire route is unobstructed or meets your local accessibility rules. Check doors and pinch points in your own room.
What you gain. What you give up.
The coffee table makes everyday living more comfortable, but takes up usable floor space. Switch to the storage arrangement to remove it, or to the work arrangement for a desk. All three versions share the same walls.
Try one change before deciding
Open the Everyday layout, select the coffee table and hide it. Switch to the top view and compare the route from the entrance to the side passage. Then restore it or use Undo.
Use the same model to compare Everyday, Storage and Work. Change only the furniture first, then adjust the room dimensions to see what stops fitting.
A quick guide to the demo controls

These concepts are created for public demonstration. They do not come from customer uploads. The furniture is illustrative; the model does not verify load-bearing walls, window locations, ventilation, building rules, plumbing or door and cabinet opening clearances. Simple overlap warnings are a starting point, not a safety assessment.
