Give work its own place while keeping a sofa and a full-size bed in the same apartment.
A starting point for a long studio where you can keep the kitchen and bathroom at the rear. It is not a recommendation to relocate plumbing or remove an existing structural wall.
Why the furniture is arranged this way
Give the desk a defined position
The 1.15 × 0.55 m desk sits against the side wall in the living area. The desk and chair replace the coffee table rather than competing with it for the center of the room.
Leave space for the chair to move
The chair model occupies about 0.5 × 0.52 m at rest. Its footprint is not the space needed to sit down or pull back. Move the chair into a realistic working position and check the route behind it.
Keep the bed beyond the divider
The 3.2 m deep front zone holds work and seating, while the 1.5 × 2 m bed sits in the next zone. A divider gives visual separation; it does not provide soundproofing.
What you gain. What you give up.
The desk brings work into the living space. Light, outlets, glare, chair movement and video-call backgrounds are not evaluated by this model. If the desk position is awkward in your actual room, test another wall before moving fixed services.
Try one change before deciding
Open the Work layout and select the desk. Try moving it along its wall, then reposition the chair separately. Compare with Everyday to decide whether a workstation is worth losing the coffee table.
Use the same model to compare Everyday, Storage and Work. Change only the furniture first, then adjust the room dimensions to see what stops fitting.

Measure before you make it real
These concepts are created for public demonstration. They do not come from customer uploads. The furniture is illustrative; the model does not verify load-bearing walls, window locations, ventilation, building rules, plumbing or door and cabinet opening clearances. Simple overlap warnings are a starting point, not a safety assessment.
